Starboard Networks LLC is a startup logistics information management consulting company founded in 2020 and its headquarters in New Orleans, LA. The company provides information technology, professional, and transportation support services to the federal government, Department of Defense, and corporate entities.
Our goal is to provide subject matter expertise across a full spectrum of logistic support ranging from high-level planning to implementation of tasks. We are building a team that is skilled at providing full program management and turnkey solutions, or be able to provide a staff to be a part of an existing team. This includes, training the people you have on technical or soft skills, improve your organizational efficiency, or provide information assurance, audits, or independent verification and validation to ensure your current efforts are meeting the requirements.
Starboard Networks LLC will have the capability to successfully support numerous clients’ needs in IT, project management, administrative, logistics, planning, training, and more. We are working to stand up new initiatives and to improve existing programs.

Greg Alexander is the President, CEO, and 100% owner of Starboard Networks LLC. He is a proven professional with +30 years successfully leading Logistics Information Systems in the government industry. Mr. Alexander founded Starboard Networks LLC on January 8, 2020.
A retired U.S. Navy Supply Corps Officer, Mr. Alexander’s 27 years of service included duty on three different ships, numerous shore commands and overseas assignments. He held many leadership, management, and administrative positions all the way up to the executive level. He has experience motivating cross-functional teams in challenging environments and is a member of the DOD Defense Acquisitions Corps.
After retiring from the Navy, Mr. Alexander invested time in building an Information Technology foundation to compliment his Logistics background to create new opportunities. In a 2-year period, he earned the following IT certifications: PMP, SEC+, ITIL, CSM, and Agile SAFe. As government contractor, he already gained experience working in the role of a Support Center Analysis, Senior Asset Manager, and is currently an IT Project Manager.
Mr. Alexander holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from the University of Memphis, Graduate Certificate in Project Management from the University of Arkansas, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Originally from Oceanside, CA, Mr. Alexander now splits his time in New Orleans, LA and Washington, DC. In addition to high-level oversight of all aspects of the company, Mr. Alexander’s primary roles in the company are business development and strategic planning for Starboard Networks LLC.
