As a licensed property Freight Broker, we are a a third-party logistics provider (3PLs) that use modern technology and a network of carriers to transport shipments that includes helping shippers to cut costs, track and move freight fast, and remove the demands of traffic management and carrier sourcing.

Since its incorporation in 2020, Starboard Networks LLC has built relationships within the Department of Defense and plans to do work across all branches of the military. The SNL staff members and subject matter experts are prior military, bringing a clear understanding of government processes, regulations and necessary rigor to the work they perform. SNL's President, CEO and owner, Mr. Greg Alexander, is a retired Supply Corps Officer from the U.S. Navy.

Federal agencies are an important part of Starboard Networks' service mission. We are a start up company actively seeking longstanding relationships in numerous agencies that will build the knowledge base needed to understand the in the ins and outs of government contracting, the roles of program managers and contracting officers, various types of contracts and reporting requirements, and how to successfully work with the government.

Starboard Networks intends to establish partnerships with state and local government agencies on initiatives to improve operational productivity and efficiency, implement training programs, and migrate documents to a digital environment. From vital records management to state employee program administration, SNL can manage programs and integrate technologies with minimal workflow interruption. SNL has the capability to provide information technology support, help desk resources, and training in project management and general business areas. Cornerstone services for this sector have included training, document scanning and indexing, integration with legacy systems, and IT assessments. Starboard Networks can provide any of the services we offer to other customers to state and local government entities as well.
